Return Policy for 15 Days

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at info@trawellsmart.com or phone to request a return authorization number (RMA).

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

  3. Include the RMA number in the return package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

  4. We will process your return once we receive the package and verify its contents. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping and handling fees.

Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package for assistance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
